Cloud Ursa Ltd is today delighted to announce the launch of our new service of Virtual Salesforce Administration.
What is this service?
After speaking with our customers over the past year, we believe that there are often occasions where Salesforce support is needed but many do not have the option of hiring a full time employee to take on the work.
In those instances, your company may well seek a contract Salesforce Administrator but often the shortest contract length would be 3 months. We are now offering a flexible model of Salesforce support, whenever you need it.
How does it work?
We would start with an initial discussion with you to understand how much support time you are likely to need in the near future.
Once we have agreed a number of hours for the first engagement and received payment for your support hours bank then we are ready to start work for you.
Your required changes can then be submitted through to us via email/phone/or chat.
You will be able to track hours used and hours remaining at all times. Whenever your bank of support hours are running low, we can discuss what is required for the next batch of support.
